When you see a massive peak in http traffic you know something exciting has happened. Today my plugin dnsbl_check got a mention on the Quark Ruby blog. In turn, that blog post was mentioned on the official Rails blog.

All in all great news and I’m happy to provide the plugin to the Ruby community.

I’ve received reports about false positives and I am contemplating updating the plugin. Until 1 October I’m really strung for time though, so expect to see an update only after then. As always, comments about the plugin are most welcome.
